Emily graduated from Newcastle-upon-Tyne University in 2008. After working in Auckland, she completed the Oxford GP training scheme and CSA exam in 2014, scoring in the top 3% of candidates. Emily is a GP in Oxford, an Oxford GP Training Programme Director, a GP facilitator at Oxford’s “CSA – Dragon’s Den” workshops, an Examiner for GP Recruitment, a GP Appraiser and above all, a mother.
Dr Helen Kirby-Blount
MB ChB (hons) DRCOG MRCGP
Helen graduated from Manchester University in 2009. Helen sat the CSA exam in 2013 and is now a GP in Nottinghamshire. Helen is the clinical lead for patients with Intellectual Disability within her practice. Helen created the FOCUS Consultation Model. Helen leads and facilitates CSA teaching sessions to her local GP trainees. In her “spare time” Helen is a busy mother to her two daughters.
Dr Liz Moulton MBE
MBChB, DRCOG, MMEd (distinction), FRCGP
A GP trainer for 25 years, with a wealth of experience of preparing candidates for the MRCGP, Liz has also undertaken most roles within HEE Yorkshire and the Humber and was Deputy Director of Postgraduate GP Education. Liz was a GP advisor to Leeds Health Authority and to the Department of Health. She currently works as a freelance GP and appraiser as well as working for the RCGP practice support unit and as an Honorary Lecturer at the University of Leeds where she teaches on the Masters’ programme for medical education. Liz is the author of The Naked Consultation. Liz has three sons and a grandchild.
